Live at the Roundhouse (2020)

In spring 2018, Pink Floyd drummer and co-founder Nick Mason formed Saucerful of Secrets, a new band to play out live the early music of Pink Floyd. Two years later — plus several months, thanks to the Covid19 crisis — the group released its first album: "Live at the Roundhouse."

Recorded at the London venue in May 2019, the disc boasts more than two hours of pre-"Dark Side" music performed by Mason, Spandau Ballet's Gary Kemp, former Floyd bassist Guy Pratt, Blockheads guitarist Lee Harris, and producer/composer Dom Beken.

Originally scheduled for release April 17, 2020, the pandemic prompted the label to delay the album until September.

The film version, however, managed to make it onto cinema screens just before most of the world went into lockdown — showing, as scheduled, for one night only March 10.

The album is available as a 2-CD/1-DVD package, Blu-ray and 2-LP vinyl pressing.
