“Floydian Slip” coming to Radio Arcadia

“Floydian Slip” will begin streaming on Radio Arcadia on Monday, Jan. 26.

The station is a streaming operation with studios in Toronto, Canada. It’ll carry the show Mondays at 11 p.m. ET.

More than 50 affiliate stations have now joined the show’s Random Precision Radio Network, created in Summer 2009 when we began syndicating our show from our Vermont studio.

“Floydian Slip” coming to WRNR 103.1 FM (Baltimore, MD)

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on WRNR 103.1 FM in Annapolis, MD, on Jan. 12. The station will carry the show Sundays at 10 p.m. ET.

WRNR is a 6,000-watt progressive Adult Album Alternative station serving the Baltimore radio market, the nation’s 21st largest according to Nielsen Audio, formerly Arbitron.

“Floydian Slip” is currently heard on more than 50 stations in the U.S., Canada and overseas. The show joined Arbitron’s #3 market, Chicago, on Dec. 21, when we signed WFXF 103.9 FM in Crystal Lake, IL.

“Floydian Slip” coming to KFMU, KSPN (Steamboat Springs, Aspen, CO)

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on KFMU 104.1/105.5 FM in Steamboat Springs, CO; and KSPN 103.1 FM in Aspen, CO, on Jan. 5.

Both stations will carry the show Sundays at 7 p.m. MT.

KFMU is a 1,400-watt Adult Album Alternative (AAA) station serving the Steamboat Springs-Craig area at 104.1 and 105.5 FM.

KSPN is a 3,000-watt AAA station serving Aspen at 103.1 FM, as well as Carbondale at 97.3 FM; Redstone, 98.3 FM; Basalt, 100.1 FM; and Rifle, 107.5 FM.

Both stations are owned by Always Mountain Time LLC.

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on KYOX 94.3 FM in Comanche, TX, on Sunday, Jan. 5.

“The Ox” will carry the show Sundays at 12 noon CT. The station is a 32,000-watt rock station serving Comanche and surrounding counties, about 80 miles southwest of Dallas-Fort Worth.

Nearly 50 affiliate stations have now joined the show’s Random Precision Radio Network, created in Summer 2009 when we began syndicating our show from our Vermont studio.

“Floydian Slip” coming to 103.9 The Fox (Chicago, IL)

“Floydian Slip” takes a major step forward in a couple weeks when we begin airing in the nation’s third largest radio market.

On Saturday, Dec. 21, our show will be picked up by WFXF 103.9 FM in Crystal Lake, Ill.

“The Fox” will carry the show Saturdays at 11 p.m. CT. The station is a 2,550-watt rock station serving the Chicago market.

Chicago is the third largest metro radio market in the United States, according to Arbitron, after Los Angeles and the nation’s largest, New York City. The ratings company pegs the 12-and-older metro population of Chicago to be 7.9 million.

“The Tide” will carry the show Saturdays at 6 p.m. PT. The station is a 6,000-watt Adult Album Alternative station serving Mendocino County on California’s coast.

“Floydian Slip” returns to Ithaca, N.Y.

The “Floydian Slip” radio show has come full-circle by returning to the airwaves of the city where it debuted nearly 25 years ago: Ithaca, N.Y.

Classic rock station WLLW will start carrying the show Sunday nights at 9 beginning Nov. 17. “The Wall” broadcasts at 99.3 FM in Geneva, N.Y., and to the city of Ithaca at 96.3 FM.

“Floydian Slip” is a weekly Pink Floyd show produced by Craig Bailey of Shelburne, Vt. He aired his first episode in 1989 on Ithaca College’s 106-VIC when he was a senior Television-Radio major.

He produced the show for Burlington, Vt.’s short-lived WEXP 105.1 FM (Experience 105.1) in 1994, and for 13 years at WCPV 101.3 FM, Burlington, before syndicating in 2009.

“Floydian Slip” is currently heard on nearly 50 stations in the U.S., Canada and overseas.

“99 Rock” will carry the show Sundays at 9 p.m. ET. The station is a 6,000-watt FM classic rock station simulcasting at 1340 AM and serving Georgia’s Tift County and surrounding counties.

“Floydian Slip” will begin airing on Galaxy 105 in Hamrun, Malta, on Aug. 13.

Galaxy 105 will carry the show Tuesdays at 10 p.m. local time (CET). The station broadcasts an eclectic collection of programming at 105 FM in Hamrun; on DAB+ across the tiny nation of Malta, 50 miles off the coast of Sicily; and online at galaxay105.net.
