Ultimate Classic Rock reports “The Endless River,” the new Pink Floyd album coming this fall, will include vocals by David Crosby and Graham Nash.

“We went down to sing on this particular song that he wrote about friends that had died,” Nash told VH-1 Radio Network’s Dave Basner. “It’s a beautiful song, too — beautiful.”

Nash was the first to leak news of a new Floyd project, when he mentioned during a TV appearance last November he was heading over to Gilmour’s studio to lay down some tracks. The project was presumed to be a Gilmour solo album, but apparently was “The Endless River.”

Crosby and Nash sang background on the title track of Gilmour’s “On an Island” (2006).

Hello Floydians, Well I guess it’s true, a new Pink Floyd
album. They really must like working with Nash and Crosby.
Hopefully their are some other Richard Wright tunes on the
album, that would be a fitting tribute to him. A dvd or
something like that would be cool too! Well thats it for
    now.

    Sincerely Your’s
